Dear members of WorldWeCreated,
I have faced one major problem when thinking whether to accept your works. I guess you are familiar with the group concept and with the meaning of the three main folders. (In case you aren't, please, check the group description on the main page). The problem is that sometimes it's really challenging for me to figure out why you are submitting your work to one of the folders. For example, your images for the Black folder might seem to me quite positive. Sometimes I really don't see what makes you so sad or so happy about the things on your photos and what you are trying to show or to say.
I believe that every person is a unique world, and his emotions or attitudes to the things around us might be very interesting for others to discover. However, not all the images fully reveal these emotions or concerns.
I've recently read an interesting article about titles in photography. I wish I could share it with you, but it is in Russian. I think I will share it as soon as I have time to translate it.
To cut the long story short, it seems like the only way to resolve this problem is to provide your images with a short description of what makes you so happy(White Folder), sad (Black Folder), or why you have mixed feelings about something (if submitting to the "Black or White" folder).
Please, make sure you have provided this description before submitting. I believe it wiil really help other peple to understand how you see.
Warm regards,
Svetlana
